About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer activities
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and serve meals
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor
