About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: up to £15 per hour, plus time and a half on Bank Holidays and 45p per mile
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts
