Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the template and installation departments, ensuring seamless coordination between both teams.
  • Set up and maintain accurate system information for each template and installation, including customer-specific requirements.
  • Produce and issue clear, concise instructions for the installation team, including customer-specific requirements or information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate installation of Work Surfaces.
  • Record information on the company CRM at all stages of the installation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of coordination or administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different levels within the business.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
