As a Template and Installation Coordinator, you will work across two teams and be responsible for coordinating the template and installation teams for Howden Work Surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for the template and installation departments, ensuring coordination between both teams.
  • Set up and maintain accurate system information for each template and installation to include any customer-specific requirements.
  • Produce and issue clear, concise instructions for the installations team attending every job, including any customer-specific requirements or information.
  • Ensure "right 1st time" for Work Surfaces installation.
  • Record information on the company CRM at all stages of the installation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of coordination or administration experience in a busy office environment is essential.
  • The ability to communicate across different levels within the business and remain calm under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills – both written & verbal.
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, being flexible to meet customer and business needs.
  • The ability to thoroughly investigate and overcome potential problems in a timely manner.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
