About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Consultant to join our client's team in East Anglia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our clients' products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough safety assessments and risk analyses for new products and processes
  • Develop and implement functional safety programs, policies, and procedures
  • Investigate and report on safety incidents and accidents
  • Provide safety training and education to employees
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure functional safety compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant safety regulations and standards, including IEC 61508
  • Perform hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Develop safety lifecycle plans and safety cases
