Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager

Job Summary:

Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a luxury elderly care home within a company that has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving Good and Outstanding CQC reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a residential elderly care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for residents.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • Manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care provision and excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and resident well-being.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager in a residential care setting.
  • Strong background in CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
