Elderly Dementia experience is essential for this role. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at a luxury elderly residential home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a residential elderly care home, providing high-end care and a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure the home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home
Requirements
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
- CQC experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
