Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to lead a luxury elderly residential home providing high-quality care and services to residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, in collaboration with the care team.
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and maintain a good reputation for the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification in care management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury elderly residential home.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- CQC experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £75,000.
- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- A bonus scheme, subject to performance.
