Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering updates on time.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, working with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and key project decisions, providing regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of coordinating project activities across multiple departments or teams.
  • Experience in industries such as insurance, financial services, or technology is a plus, though not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), with hands-on experience in project tracking, resource allocation, and milestone management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar, familiarity with PMO frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, certifications like PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
