Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multiple complex projects within established budgets, ensuring cost-effective and time-aligned project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners across disciplines to drive project progress in specific regions.
  • Ensure all contractual and planning obligations are met, adhering to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Responsibility policies.
  • Analyse problems and develop workable solutions for delivery, applying analytical and numerical knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor construction team performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action to meet standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification (e.g. BSc/HND/Member of recognised professional body).
  • Strong technical background, evidenced by experience in delivering large schemes with complex infrastructure delivery.
  • Commercial awareness, demonstrated through experience of delivering projects within budget.
  • Experience with NEC Contracts, facilitating sound project management and procurement principles.
  • Leadership experience, providing detailed reports to Line Manager/Exec Board.
About the Role:
