About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Assistant to join our team at Hagley Road Retirement Village in Birmingham.

This dynamic position involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to the success of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure your area of responsibility is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and special offers to inform customers.
  • Operate equipment efficiently, reporting maintenance issues as required.
  • Accurately manage the till point, adhering to established procedures.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Previous catering experience, eager to progress in the industry.
