We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our mission:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving a high standard of care for our residents.
- Leading the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Maintaining effective communication with the team and reporting on resident changes.
- Providing wound management and ensuring care procedures are carried out according to policy.
- Administering medicines and providing personal care for residents.
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
- Carrying out staff supervision and appraisals.
- Implementing changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the Manager.
- Assessing prospective clients and residents.
- Participating in training and development of staff.
- Assisting the Manager in working within agreed budgets.
