As a Policy Co-ordinator Specialist at the State of Minnesota, you will play a vital role in guiding and coordinating district personnel and local agencies through various policies and agreements.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as an expert on policy guidance, project coordination, agreement writing and processing under the guidance of the Principal Engineer. You will also prepare maintenance agreements, MOUs, LOIs, project resolutions, joint powers agreements, partnership agreements and other project documents as assigned.

You will have the opportunity to develop professional letters, employ effective communication etiquette, and draft agreement language that is clear and concise. Additionally, you will utilize PACER, eDOCs and P6 software to manage the agreement process.

The successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history check.

This is a full-time position located at District 6 Rochester Minnesota, with the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The salary for this position is approximately $54,371 - $79,302 per annum, based on a hourly rate of $26.98.
