Sales and Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience, as well as experience in selling cutting tools, tool holding, or work holding.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role that requires a combination of sales, marketing, and business development skills. You will be working closely with our manufacturing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase sales revenue. Your primary focus will be on conducting market research, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the OEM precision engineering industry
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and site visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, tool holding, and work holding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Salary up to £55,000 per annum DOE
- Uncapped OTE £80,000+
