About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Orthopaedic Practitioner to join our Fracture Clinic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with orthopaedic injuries and conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake holistic assessments and examinations to implement management plans for patients.
  • Provide specialist treatment to patients attending the Plaster Room and assist the Lead Orthopaedic Practitioner in developing new and current services.
  • Work closely with the Lead Nurse, Managers, and the Multidisciplinary Team to provide high-quality and cost-effective patient-focused services.
  • Participate in the delivery of formal and informal teaching and act as a resource for education and development within the service.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
