Job summary
Working for Spencer Private Hospitals in the physiotherapy team is a rewarding and stimulating role. We offer a wide selection of surgeries to our patients, provided by our dedicated team of theatre practitioners and consultants. The successful candidate will benefit from an enhanced salary which will attract out of hours additional payments at 30% and 60% according to the shifts worked.
The post holder is responsible for working with our patients to ensure that they are optimised pre and post operatively so that their recovery is swift and allows for appropriate discharge in an optimised state.
The challenges aresignificant working across boundaries so the post holder needs to beresilient and possess excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job
Work within the Spencer Private Hospitals team to deliver efficient and clinically effective care to your caseload of patients, using evidence-based practice to ensure that your patients can achieve the best possible outcomes. Undertake assessments, design, and implement treatment plans independently, to rehabilitate your inpatients who be mainly drawn from Orthopedics, although other surgical patients will be seen.
Deliver dynamic and responsive solutions to a clinical caseload of outpatients,
Work towards the clinical competencies for your role, supported by regular clinical supervision, in service training.
