Veterinary Career Development Programme

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic veterinary graduate to join our team as a Small Animal Graduate Veterinary Surgeon.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our Graduate Academy programme. You will have access to comprehensive learning, a global network, and exciting CPD and development opportunities.

You will work closely with a friendly and fun team, enjoying regular wellbeing afternoons and collaborating on case studies.

As part of this role, you will work a standard 40-hour week over 4 days, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. You may also be required to participate in a weekend rota, including Saturday mornings from 8am.

We will provide you with the support and training needed to excel in your role, including shadowing surgeries and receiving staggered consultations to help you adjust.
