**Job Title:** Healthcare Professional

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Personal Health Budget Nurse. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and help individuals take control of their own health and well-being.

**Job Summary:**

  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans that reflect their unique requirements.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families about Personal Health Budgets, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and financial advisors to ensure seamless coordination of services and effective use of PHBs.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in personalized care and strong communication skills.
  • Patient-centered approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
