Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Provider Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our service users, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering essential care services, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Participating in activities that promote socialisation, community engagement, and sensory-based experiences.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 months of previous care experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • The capacity to administer medication and handle personal care.
