We co-founded by ex-Google, medtech, and serial healthcare entrepreneurs, Pharmacierge has established itself as the trusted partner to over 4,500 private medical practitioners and continues to grow its user base nationally.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and deepening relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring their continued use of our service. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, onboarding, sales, dispensary, and Ops teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and to continuously improve sales strategies based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Foster and deepen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, check-ins, and strategic engagement, with the aim of converting leads into sales.
- Take ownership of commercial and operational issues with clients, working collaboratively with the dispensary to ensure a seamless client experience transition from sales to service.
- Actively contribute to the execution of the Account Management strategy & process, as defined by the Head of Practice Liaison, with a focus on achieving sales targets and supporting expanding our client base.
- Present and pitch Pharmacierge's services and solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure targeted marketing materials align with clinician requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and onboarding team to ensure customer feedback informs product improvements.
- Attend and participate in conferences and client events.
About You
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and varying role where you can take initiative to achieve objectives and drive results independently.
- Confident communicator in both phone and digital interactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch our services effectively to potential clients.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, such as a medical practice manager or medical secretary, a plus but not required.
- Experience using a CRM software preferred.
