About this Role

At The Standard London, we are seeking a talented Guest Experience Agent to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience
  • Providing personalized concierge services, including arranging amenities and making travel arrangements
  • Responding to guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working closely with our concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing guest interactions and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus
