This is an exciting opportunity to lead the CRM strategy and execution for a wide range of high-profile clients. As Head of CRM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compelling customer engagement and helping drive real results through data-driven CRM campaigns.

With their offices near Temple Meads Train station, they provide high-level support to major brands with a range of services that span from strategy and design to social media, email marketing, motion graphics, and beyond.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading a small team of CRM and content specialists. Your expertise in email marketing, automation, personalisation, and data analysis will help elevate customer communications. From crafting email journeys to optimizing customer interactions, you'll ensure that every touchpoint delivers maximum impact and value.

Skill Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years' experience in CRM, ideally within a marketing or media agency.
  • Expertise in email marketing, with a solid understanding of HTML email creation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing talent and delivering results.

Package Details

  • Salary: £50,000 per annum.
  • 25 days paid holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in central Bristol, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
  • Auto-enrollment into pension scheme.
