Job Overview

The Commercial Sales Support Manager position is a hybrid role that involves both office-based and remote work. You will report directly to the Business Development Director and be responsible for overseeing and managing internal business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sales and commercial teams.

  • Manage internal business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the sales team by providing training, troubleshooting, and maintaining best practices for CRM usage.

You will also be responsible for conducting initial reviews of contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and risk management guidelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with legal and commercial teams to address any identified risks or discrepancies in contract T&Cs.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting in setting and updating pricing strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and profitability targets.
  2. Working with commercial teams to develop pricing models for new products or services.
  3. Providing pricing recommendations and support during the proposal and negotiation stages to meet both customer needs and revenue goals.

Requirements
