Job Title: Debt Analyst

Yü Energy is seeking a skilled Debt Analyst to join our team. As a Debt Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our data strategy from within the Debt Team.

About the Role

As a Debt Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting and visualizations that support our field engineers to resolve customer account queries. You will also support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing to the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver data solutions following governed policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Provide insight and reporting products from curated access to data focused on Debt process and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to provide clear instructional requirements formally needed to develop the correct datasets and outputs to satisfy the needs of the immediate team and wider business.
  • Work with other Data Champions across the business functions to provide cross-functional solutions to the betterment of the business as a whole.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in both debt and data relative roles with understanding of competent data reporting values and the principles of Debt Management. Preferably, you should have a strong delivery in query resolution, stakeholder management, and ability to problem-solve intermediate data challenges.
