Job DescriptionThis full-time permanent role involves working shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Your primary responsibilities will include making and receiving telephone calls with customers to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
You will be required to handle difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner, entering accurate records of conversations and payment agreements into our customer database. Additionally, you will need to follow established processes and guidelines for debt collection.
Your work environment will be an open-plan contact centre setting, where you will be expected to achieve personal and team targets while accurately entering customer payment details into our systems.
Requirements- Previous experience in a call centre or credit control environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.
- You should be comfortable working towards targets and earning bonuses based on your performance.
- Strong IT skills are required, as you will need to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
- Outgoing telephone calls to customers may involve difficult conversations; however, you should be able to approach these situations with confidence and professionalism.
