About the Role

The Private Shopping Waiter is a key member of the Private Shopping team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our iconic Penthouse or Private Service Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and provide a seamless and unrivalled client journey through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Make each client feel special and welcome by ensuring a strong customer focus and a desire to always go the extra mile to continually deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of our menu, allergens, and alcohol list to enable you to answer guest queries quickly, knowledgeably, and in a discreet manner in line with the highest standards.
  • Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll have experience within food and beverage or events, the ability to take food and beverage orders in a professional manner, and the ability to thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations.
