About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Harrods, one of the world's leading luxury department stores. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class bar experience to our customers, working closely with the Head Bartender and Bar Manager to drive sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of our drinks and menu offerings, including ideation, planning, and execution.
  • Work with the Head Bartender and Bar Supervisor to drive bar sales and service excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including menu introductions and recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Adhere to our bar's dress code, uniform policy, and hygiene standards.
  • Attend training sessions to develop your knowledge of our cocktail menu, drink contents, glassware, and garnishes.
About You

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a great understanding of the level of service expected in a fine dining environment and be able to work at pace while remaining calm and self-assured.

You will also have:

  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal and external parties.
  • The ability to work fast, set timelines, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
