As a key member of the Procurement team, you will be responsible for analysing procurement-related data, developing e-procurement systems, and driving cost savings through catalogue management.
Main Responsibilities- Analyse spend data to predict future spend patterns, review non-purchase order spend, and identify contractual leakage.
- Research and evaluate the reasons why invoices are not being paid on time, and produce information and advice on benchmarking and product switching.
- Assist in the delivery of standardisation and rationalisation of stock across the Trust, and analyse and research data to deliver year-on-year improvements in cost while maintaining quality.
- Develop transparent decision-making processes, add relevant new catalogue items, and improve supplier management.

- Experience of liaising and working with suppliers to improve data exchange and efficiency.
