We are looking for a Consultant Relations Specialist to join our Client Group in London. This role will involve developing and managing relationships with the global consultant community, with a particular focus on top-tier investment consulting firms in the UK and across the APAC region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving business growth through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective relationships with research and field consultants, as well as other functional groups within Wellington Management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective coverage at all levels of the consulting firms within their assigned territory.
  • Independently lead engagements across all levels of consultant organizations, including research staff, asset allocation, OCIO portfolio managers, senior leadership, and field consulting teams.
  • Employ top-to-bottom organizational engagement to retain and grow consultant ratings for key Wellington products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally including a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA) or progress towards one, as well as 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including a proven track record of successfully building and managing relationships within the investment consulting community.
