About the Role

Mint Velvet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates who embody the Mint Velvet brand values.
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that enhances the customer journey and drives sales.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth, manage inventory, and optimize store operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Mint Velvet brand values and story, and ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about the brand and its products.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage store budgets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of the fashion retail industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
