The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects the Mint Velvet brand profile.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Driving Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Visual Merchandising
- Create visually appealing store displays and window displays that showcase our products and brand aesthetic.
- Ensure that the store is always well-organized and maintained, with a focus on creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
