Ardent is seeking a skilled Project Land Management Specialist to join its team in Birmingham, Warrington or Leeds. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure and regeneration projects from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, land referencing, and statutory processes. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, land referencers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and advice to land referencers in a technical capacity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, land referencing, and statutory processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Critical thinking abilities, with a strong commitment to problem-solving and solution-driven approaches.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
