Job Overview

Royal Mail Group is seeking an experienced Package Delivery Specialist to join their team in Amersham. As a Package Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers on time and in good condition
  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Working independently and using your initiative to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £12.54 per hour, paid monthly. Overtime is also available at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. Additionally, you will receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), full uniform provided, and access to our company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and the ability to work flexibly, including Saturdays and 1 in 7 Sundays. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
