Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman in his own home who has an Acquired Brain Injury. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support, enabling him to maintain his independence and improve his quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition to the care team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move equipment, as required.
What We Offer:
