Job Title: Academic and Communities Marketing Executive

A leading global financial services provider is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to drive integrated marketing campaigns for a key consumer finance savings product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention for the B2C financial services business.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement a Paid Social strategy and optimize marketing initiatives for effective ROI.
  • Assist in the development of ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute marketing plans that meet client needs, are delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal teams, including digital marketing, CRM activities, PR, video content, product and market analysis, literature, presentations, digital and social media.
  • Constantly improve existing activities, approach, and accepted standards, sharing learnings with the team and peers.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a similar B2C marketing role, with a track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • B2C financial services experience, particularly in consumer finance and insurance.
  • Proven skills in implementing marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel.
  • Experienced campaign manager, leading from agency briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivery to time and within budget.
  • Naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm.
  • Digital Marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners.
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills.

Salary: c£50,000 Base

Contract: 12-months FTC

Working Arrangement: 3-days in the office
