As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping our students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.

Job Description

This Behaviour Support Worker role involves supporting school-aged pupils who have been identified as having Social and Emotional Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work alongside Class Teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support to pupils in the classroom.

You will also contribute to the development of behaviour plans and strategies to promote positive pupil outcomes.

Estimated Salary: £12.86 - £13 per hour (Term Time only)
