Vision for Education is committed to providing high-quality education services to schools across the UK. We are currently seeking a Challenging Behaviour Specialist to join our team in Taunton.
Job Description:
This role involves working with pupils who have been identified as having Social and Emotional Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will provide individualised support to pupils, work collaboratively with teaching staff, and contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or adults with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £12.86-£13 per hour, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system. We also offer pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), FREE training to help with your professional development, and a generous refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme.
