Quality Manager Role at Octagon Group

Octagon Group, a leading provider of UV products and equipment, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their engineering team in Slough, Berkshire. As a Quality Manager, you will oversee the quality management process, develop and implement quality management systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain ISO 9001-compliant systems and recommend improvements.
  2. Oversee quality control, including inspections, and manage corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues and support new product development.
  4. Lead and develop the quality team to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
  3. Expertise in quality management systems, tools, and methodologies.
  4. Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis.
