We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Mental Health Service Leader to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding 24/7 AMHP service in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence a specialist team who undertake MHAAs and deliver the out of hours Urgent social care response.


As the statutory Lead AMHP for Lincolnshire, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of working practices, robust policies, procedures and processes that support the delivery of an excellent 24/7 AMHP service. You will provide day to day leadership, management and direction to two line managers and all those working within the service.


You will drive high aspirations and the development of a 'gold standard' AMHP service, taking responsibility for ensuring the best possible outcome for those using the service. You will work closely with colleagues from other areas of the Council, sharing knowledge, promoting, and supporting the role of the AMHP and contributing to the wider objectives of the Council.


We are looking for an ambitious and customer-driven leader who will be an aspirational leader who will set high expectations and deliver a 'gold standard' AMHP service. You will have excellent organisation, communication and change management skills and demonstrable success in developing creative ideas into tangible, measurable outcomes.
