About the Role

Aspire People Limited seeks a dedicated Instructional Leader in PHSE and Health to join our dynamic team at a Short Stay PRU. This full-time position, starting in January 2024, involves supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging lessons in PHSE and Health & Social Care, utilizing diverse teaching strategies to address individual student needs.
  2. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment tailored to each student's requirements.
  3. Collaborate with SENCO and pastoral staff to provide holistic support for students.
  4. Monitor and report on student progress, setting achievable goals and targets.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who:

  1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching PHSE and/or Health & Social Care.
  2. Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and the ability to inspire young people facing challenges.
  3. Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Is passionate about improving outcomes for all students and committed to ongoing professional development.
