We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our Product department, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and championing change within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product-led projects from planning to go-live, collaborating closely with IT Development, Jet2Digital, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and assess development opportunities, working with Jet2Digital to progress initiatives from concept to completion.
- Drive continuous improvement by constantly seeking ways to enhance Product department processes and systems, training and guiding the team to implement these improvements effectively.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key business areas, ensuring development requirements are aligned and fostering strong relationships between the Product department and other teams.
- Support outsourced resources and work closely with Data Control to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop your team by coaching and guiding team members, helping them grow and achieve their objectives, while driving continuous development across the department.
- Deputise for the General Manager as needed, ensuring smooth operations when the General Manager is unavailable.
- Experience in product development, process improvement, or efficiency-focused roles.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Proven experience in leading and supporting cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for various audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Experience managing people and leading teams to success.
- Confidence in working independently and taking initiative.
