About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of key processes across various departments. As a key player in our operational excellence team, you will analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for further refinement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training materials.
  • Support the implementation of our new ERP/MRP system (Hydacore), contributing to the automation and optimization of key processes.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.
