Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a skilled SEN Tutor to provide tailored support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with SEN
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students' academic and social development
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent
  • Experience working with secondary school students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in SEN support
  • Experience with specific SEN conditions such as dyslexia, autism, or ADHD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
