Job Title: SEN Tutor

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Surrey, South East England.

Job Type:

This is a part-time, temporary position with flexible hours.

Salary:

The hourly rate for this role is £20-£30.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individualised learning plans, delivering tailored lessons, and assessing students' progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students with SEN
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' learning
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs are desirable.

Working Conditions:

This role involves interacting with students, parents, and other professionals in an educational setting.
