Role OverviewAs the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will ensure that processes and practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor departmental managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and make data-driven decisions.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and technology, to achieve operational goals.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer service processes to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the sustainable waste management sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a small but fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities.
