As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for training and inspiring your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver exceptional food and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate your team to deliver outstanding food and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Ensure that your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
