We're looking for a skilled Master Chef and Team Trainer to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Leader. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in building a high-performing kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of training and inspiring chefs and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food quality. You'll be driven to smash targets with your team and have mastered the art of working with branded menus.

You'll oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control, ensuring that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
