We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team, supporting the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver exceptional food quality
• Drive targets with your team, focusing on quality and consistency
• Support with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
• Maintain mastery of our branded menu
• Ensure your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations

Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Estimated annual salary based on a 35-hour week.
