Job Description: Kitchen Team Leader

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Chef to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Leader. As part of our dynamic team, you'll support the Head Chef in building a kitchen that serves food to be proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Drive targets with your team, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Support with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Maintain high standards of health and hygiene within the kitchen.
