Job Title: Care Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: providing regular and meaningful social interaction with clients
  • Help with everyday tasks: meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation and a full driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates: £13.20 per hour weekdays, £14.70 per hour weekends
  • Guaranteed contract and part-time hours
  • Minimum 1 hour calls to ensure quality time with clients
  • Welcome bonus: £100 payment upon completion of initial training
  • Employee referral bonus programme: £200 bonus for successful referrals
  • Mileage and travel time reimbursement: up to 45p per mile
